I used to be a regular customer here back when it was DWF. Unfortunately, the quality of service and flowers has declined significantly over the past year. I truly miss the time when professionals like Sarita and and team were here; they were always incredibly kind and helpful. In my opinion, the new staff is in serious need of customer service training. During my recent visits, the environment felt incredibly dismissive. While I understand being busy with arrangements or computer work, receiving no greeting or basic courtesy is highly unprofessional. The breaking point for me, and the reason for this review, is the complete lack of communication. I have been calling and texting since last week to inquire about some containers/vases. I only received a brief 'good morning' text, but my actual question was completely ignored. I called again on Friday and sent another follow-up text today, yet I have received zero response. Furthermore, it is disheartening to see the current state of the facility. The shop is consistently cluttered and untidy, and the cooler is filled with a lot of rotting flowers. The quality of flowers has dropped since the merger /acquisition with Bill Doran. Valentine's day was a mess with roses being taken from a pre-booked order, and a replacement for Moonstones I ordered not authorized. The shop offered a replacement on pickup day rather than offer me a suitable replacement well in advance of Valentine's day pick up. Asters I bought had blight. I tried multiple bunches with no success. All Mother's Day roses were spongy and unusable. I have tried giving them multiple chances to change the product quality but unfortunately, I’ve been consistently disappointed so I have to stop using this company due to the lack of consistent product quality.

This is a great place to get flowers. I've used them for a few of our family events as well as just adding arrangements to our house. Kelen is my go to sales associate there. She's knowledgeable and always knows what flowers go well with our event theme. 💯 recommended!!

I’m a regular customer at DWF/Bill Doran Company, and while my experience today started well, it ended on a very disappointing note. First, I want to acknowledge the positives. Ann is my Sales Rep - she was off when I arrived today. She’s such a sweet lady! Ledford was fantastic but I don’t believe he’s a rep. He greeted me warmly, took the time to show me around and helped me box my purchase, which is the level of service I usually hope for. Unfortunately, the checkout experience with Kellen ruined the visit. When completing my transaction, she threw my receipt onto the counter rather than handing it to me. When I politely asked her to hand it to me next time instead of throwing it, she did not apologize. Instead, she became defensive and said that she was trying to staple something instead. Her unwillingness to listen to a simple, kind, direct request was frustrating. The manager Josh had to step in and apologize on her behalf. However, when I later called to get Kellen’s name to provide feedback, Josh’s response was concerning. While not condescending, he was very focused on defense stating he overheard my request and he didn’t think she was being "malicious". He also caution

I loveeee ordering my florals from here for my events, the flowers I’ve received are super fresh, on time and Kellen is an amazing sales rep! She responds in a timely manner, is super helpful and everyone else at the store is super nice and welcoming! Definitely order your florals from here 💞
